Kylle came out to correct an issue with the previous installation of a water softener where the installer placed the drain line on the exterior wall about 6 feet up, it looked terrible. Kylle was amazing, he was able to move my drain line for my water softener inside our garage, so it wasn’t visible from the street at all, & he did that in less than an hour. He was so professional, & answered every question. I recommend this company for sure, they stand behind their work & want their customers to be happy. Ask for Kylle to be your installer he is awesome!!!
Saxon was amazing to work with. There were some shipping delays of the part that was needed to fix our hot water tankless system (not his fault) and he was always so helpful and responsive when we had any questions throughout the process. When the part did get in, Saxon came over right away even though it was after hours so we could have hot water again. Super friendly guy!
