Called Ben Franklin for water heater warranty repair. They did same day scheduling. Kyle Smith came at 2:20pm and was completely finished by 4:30pm. Kyle was extremely friendly, courteous and professional while here. Thankful for men like Kyle who are respectful and professional!

Fantastic service. Hot water heater working. Leaking at the bottom. Francisco came to the house. We thoroughly discussed my options. Decided tankless system was my best option. Francisco was able to replace entire system the same day. His work was outstanding. He completed the install in under 5 hours and left my garage cleaner than when he started. My service tech Kylle was very professional and friendly. He was on time, thorough, explained everything he was doing. He did an annual water heater flush, but also checked my water softer and tested my water for hard water.
