In general, customer service is a dying breed, but not the service technicians at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I wanted to surprise my wife with a water softener for Christmas. I knew from my previous interactions with lead technician, Francisco Vega that I would not be disappointed. Francisco came to my residence a week before Christmas to make arrangements for the installation. He and his colleague, Joseph, arrived promptly at the time agreed upon (the day after Christmas) to do the install. The entire installation took about five hours, but it was as seamless as possible. Upon completion of the install, Francisco answered all questions we had and gave us the peace of mind that we had made a great investment. I can confirm that the soft water feels great on our skin and the reverse osmosis water (also installed as part of the package) tastes amazing! Hats off to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, but mostly to the quality technicians they employ.
Kyle Smith is the kind of professional you hope to find in an emergency. When water started splashing from our tankless water heater and I couldn’t even shut off the main line due to an old system, he immediately understood the urgency, even though he was in the middle of another job. He came straight over, shut off the water while I was tied up on an important business call, and then returned to finish the work at the other home. True to his word, once he was done there, he came back, fixed the issue in our garage, went out to purchase the necessary parts, and made sure our hot water was fully restored. All of this happened seamlessly while I continued my conference calls, he handled everything with efficiency, professionalism, and incredible kindness. His positive attitude and calm demeanor truly stood out. He respected my time, understood I was busy, and made sure everything was completely taken care of. Highly recommend Kyle! I’m usually pretty picky, but these guys were excellent, nothing to complain about at all. Kylle and Joe handled my annual water maintenance and did a great job. They weren’t just thorough with the maintenance itself; they were also great about answering my constant questions. I tend to ask a lot, and they were both very knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process.
