Francisco Vega did a wonderful job installing our new tankless water heater!! He exceeded our expectations with his customer service and keeping us informed of his progress. We just had an extensive plumbing job done by Francisco and Kyle of Benjamin Franklin’ plumbing. They were very informative and made sure we understood and were satisfied with each completed project. They also cleaned up each work area. We would highly recommend Francisco and Kyle as they are knowledgeable, hard workers, and very personable.

We had a question about how well the anode was doing and whether we needed a replacement, Kyle pulled the rod and checked for us and shared a photo.
