We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing for years. They are always prompt and professional. We had an issue with our water heater that they installed two years ago. When they arrived, we discovered it was only batteries that needed to be replaced on the water overflow sensor. They replaced the batteries (I now know to do it yearly) and didn't charge me for the service call. You don't get this type of service any more from most companies that provide home services. I highly recommend using Ben Franklin for all your plumbing needs.

Athens Clinkscale was the technician who came to my house. He was extremely thorough and professional. He made sure I understood all my options, and then told me exactly what would be done. He was very quick and it was obvious he not really knows what he’s doing, but he loves his job very much. That is refreshing. We are extremely satisfied with the results!

I experienced a sudden issue with a toilet making noise and slow to refill tank. I called and was able to get a technician out in 2 hours. He was on time, professional, and very quick with the repair. This is our third time using BFP and every time experience has been great. They are definitely our go-to plumber now!

I needed a new hot water heater. It was a Saturday morning when the old one quit working ( it was 13 years old). Alie came out first & described all the details for getting a new one. He got the parts ordered & within a couple hours Zachery was here & installed the new hot water heater. He had to replace some old valves & bring all connections up the code. He did a great job on the installation. I had a new hot water heater ready to use by that afternoon. All went well & great service with reliable knowledgable technicians.

Office AC went out, they came out the same day to access the issue. Jacob and Elliott came out the next day and replace the entire unit. Very kind and knowledgeable and cleaned up before leaving.
