We are very pleased with the whole experience from calling because our water heater quit working to having it replaced. I talked to Scott after hours and they called me first thing the next morning to schedule a time to come out that day. Ronnie came out and was very professional and explained everything they were going to do. I needed to get the water heater relocated from the attic to the garage. He gave me what I considered to be a reasonable estimate. He scheduled the electrician as well. Two days later an electrician from Mr Sparky wired everything for the water heater and the next day Scott and Brandon installed the water heater. Everyone was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Each of them let me know when they were going to arrive. I will definitely be using Benjamin Franklin and Mr Sparky for all my plumbing and electrical work in the future. The only reason I gave five stars is because that’s as high as they went! I highly recommend them!!

We called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for a couple different issues. Had 2 leaky toilets, 1 we wanted to replace the toilet with handicap toilet. Then we are having trouble with our washing machine draining. The Customer Service team is great, very courteous and helpful. We were fortunate to have Scott Dean as our Service member to come to service our needs. He troubleshooted the washing machine issue and discussed with us. Then, he was off to fix the toilet issues, after he gave us our estimates. He was very neat with his work, cleaned up after himself, was great. Before Scott left, we scheduled an appointment with him to fix the washing machine problem later next week. Our experience with Benjamin Franklin was very positive. We will continue to use their services as we're getting older and can't tackle these jobs anymore and Scott is very good and upbeat, very pleasant. We like him a lot.

Haven't had work done yet, just an estimate by Mr. Jay Chinn. He was very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He also took the time to actually understand and see what the issue was and how to resolve it. He represents the company very well. I also appreciate that this company doesn't charge to come out and to give a quote like most other companies. For families like us it helps a lot!

Bennie was very professional and very helpful in explaining how to solve our problems. We had leaks and water heating issues. The pipes were replaced, new box installed for the washing machine, but the best thing he did for us was installing a water heater pump that circulates the hot water in the house! We no longer have to wait 20/30 minutes for the water to heat up to take a shower! We turn the hot water on and it’s actually hot! Yay! Thank you Bennie for recommending the water heater installation, it’s the best Christmas gift we could ever ask for.
