Carl Y was amazing. He was a very nice and polite person. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. I love my new faucet that he installed. I have been encouraged by seeing his dedication and knowledge of his skill to use this company for future projects I plan on completing. Hard workers like Carl deserve recognition. I definitely will be referring my family, friends and co-workers back to this company. If I could give him a bonus, I would've. Thanks again Carl, you have just made a friend for life.

Joel did an amazing and very professional job! He provided a very thorough and clear estimate and explained exactly what needed to be done. He was able to get me scheduled in a timely manner and even offered me a less expensive option. I would highly recommend his services!

Jay was exceptionally professional and proficient in his work. He was very timely and fast. He appeared to love his job the way he talked about plumbing issues and proper installation. I wish everyone showed the same enthusiasm about they're work as Jay. Unfortunately most people treat you like you're disturbing them when you ask for help or have questions in their work place but not Jay he was very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service. My water heater started pouring water. So i started calling around to find a plumber that would come and fix it same day. After 10 calls around i found Benjamin Franklin. They sent someone within the hour and before day was done i had a brand new water heater and my house was brought up to code! Thank you Ronnie, David and Jay. Extremely professional and tidy!

Patrick originally came to our home for another issue, but noticed our hot water heater was in rough shape. He gave us an estimate for a new one that was reasonable so we went ahead w/ it.
