Patrick Locklear was very professional, considerate of our home (wore shoes covers), offered to help clean up water from burst pipe. I'm disappointed in the Field manager Ronnie Lee, he gave my mother his card and if she have any more problems to call him. Of course we called him multiple times and he never returned our call. But when Patrick called him he responded to his call. Mr.Lee and the first technician (Michael) admitted it could've been done better the first time but said it should work. Of course it didn't work and my 78 year old mother place flooded again for the third time. Before Patrick started the repairs, he tells us, if something happens to the repairs again the 2 year warranty maybe voided unless we let them re-pipe the entire house. This may cause over $9,000. Imagine how that made my 78 years old mother felt. Mr. Ronnie Lee, please do better when looking out for your customers.

Our Technician David was Amazing! He showed up on time. He was friendly. The Saints should know about this company, he treated us with respect, grace, and kindness. We’re definitely using this company again. Would recommend to Churches, Business Owners, Homeowners, any other property that needs a plumber or sewer work done. 5 stars ⭐️

Bennie was very professional and very helpful in explaining how to solve our problems. We had leaks and water heating issues. The pipes were replaced, new box installed for the washing machine, but the best thing he did for us was installing a water heater pump that circulates the hot water in the house! We no longer have to wait 20/30 minutes for the water to heat up to take a shower! We turn the hot water on and it’s actually hot! Yay! Thank you Bennie for recommending the water heater installation, it’s the best Christmas gift we could ever ask for.

Carl Y was amazing. He was a very nice and polite person. He arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and skilled in his craft. I love my new faucet that he installed. I have been encouraged by seeing his dedication and knowledge of his skill to use this company for future projects I plan on completing. Hard workers like Carl deserve recognition. After hour standby call. Bennie Wilson was great. He let us know he was on the way, He was very knowledgeable, polite, explained the problem that is causing the constant reoccurring issue and how we can get it stopped. Gave us a quote for the possible repair work. This is the second time using BF. We have been very please with their professional work, time frame of work, help out in emergencies. We will continue to call them for any of our plumbing needs. Thank you Bennie and the BF company. Yall are great.
