Bennie was very professional and very helpful in explaining how to solve our problems. We had leaks and water heating issues. The pipes were replaced, new box installed for the washing machine, but the best thing he did for us was installing a water heater pump that circulates the hot water in the house! We no longer have to wait 20/30 minutes for the water to heat up to take a shower! We turn the hot water on and it’s actually hot! Yay! Thank you Bennie for recommending the water heater installation, it’s the best Christmas gift we could ever ask for.
After hour standby call. Bennie Wilson was great. He let us know he was on the way, He was very knowledgeable, polite, explained the problem that is causing the constant reoccurring issue and how we can get it stopped. Gave us a quote for the possible repair work. This is the second time using BF. We have been very please with their professional work, time frame of work, help out in emergencies. Jay was exceptionally professional and proficient in his work. He was very timely and fast. He appeared to love his job the way he talked about plumbing issues and proper installation. I wish everyone showed the same enthusiasm about they're work as Jay. Unfortunately most people treat you like you're disturbing them when you ask for help or have questions in their work place but not Jay he was very personable and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this company.
