Our experience began with Stella. she was a delight to work with to get someone out to look at the job. We wanted a natural gas line tied into our existing service then run outside for a Grill and a Blackstone. Mark Griffin came out and was more than friendly and reviewed what we needed. within 30 minutes he shot us an estimate which was about 1/3 what some of the corporate plumbing houses quoted us. we scheduled and Mark was on time with all the tools supplies he needed. Mark went right to work and when he was done he walked me through the installation start to finish. Mark was working next to our water heater and saw that it was > 21 years old and made a heartfelt suggestion that we consider replacing it soon. he gave us a realistic quote and now we need to decide when to have him back. I can not express enough the appreciation for the knowledge and professionalism that both Mark and Stella provided!
