John the Super Plumber has done work at my house twice. Recently I called to ask for help assembling bathroom plumbing for a DIY renovation that turned out to be a bit more than we could handle. John arrived within the hour to save the day. His work is thorough, and he takes time to explain not only what he’s doing but any concerns he discovers during the repair. He is personable and humble, and I recommend him highly.
Craig and Sergio were fantastic! A less-than-hot shower on Thursday night led to discovering a pilot light out on our hot water heater going into the Labor Day weekend. Craig and Sergio showed up and quickly/efficiently diagnosed our issue. While we weren’t happy about having to get a new heater, we knew we had to do it because we all need hot water! Craig/Sergio explained everything to us, including price and what all was covered, and Craig had the new heater installed and up and running in about 2 hours. Courteous, knowledgeable, professional and efficient. The people at the office were equally fantastic and took good care of us. I would *ABSOLUTELY* recommend the great folks at Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of NWA for all of your plumbing needs - BRAVO! 👍🏻😎❤️

Gene was very professional. He arrived on time, quickly identified the issue, and explained the repair process in simple terms so I fully understood what needed to be done. The work was good quality—no shortcuts, and everything was left neat and tidy afterward.
Cree did a great job. He was able to find the cause of the moisture underneath the floor boards. He also saw some other problems that I did not know about. Much appreciated.
Wouldn’t you know the Friday before a holiday weekend, both of my toilets were clogged! Other drains were bubbling. Benjamin Franklin came to my rescue! Dwayne called me back promptly to tell me they would be here within 15 minutes. They were professional, prompt, and addressed the problem quickly and efficiently. He is the best! I can’t say enough great things about Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! They sent out Gene, and he was absolutely amazing. From the moment he arrived, Gene was professional, friendly, and straight to the point. He quickly pinpointed the exact issue, explained the solution clearly, and didn’t waste any time getting it fixed. His communication was excellent, and I felt confident in everything he was doing. What really stood out was how efficient and thorough he was. He not only solved the problem without hesitation, but he also cleaned up afterward, leaving everything spotless. It’s rare to find someone who combines skill, professionalism, and friendliness all in one, but Gene definitely delivered. If I ever have another plumbing issue, there’s no doubt I’ll be calling Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again, and I’ll definitely be asking for Gene!
Roger was very polite, professional and answered all our questions. We will certainly ask for him in the future. Arrived at the exact time he said he would. Diagnosed and fixed the problem in a very timely manner.
