Installed water heater. Ramauldo was EXCELLENT and professional. He wouldn't leave until the city turned the water back on so he could test for gas and water leaks. Not many plumbers would do that. Completed the installation and it looks good. Thanks bunches. Outstanding customer service, hard to find these days.

Athens was so professional and knowledgeable from the beginning he gave me good explanation… Explain the process and the codes… And gave me a fair quote… Then he came in and installed the job. Did a great job showed me pictures and reviewed everything… I would definitely use Benjamin Franklin, and request Athens again.! Cheray Scott

Alie was prompt, efficient and quick. He resolved our issue quickly and gave pointers on how to maintain unused faucets! He ensured that the coupon I wanted to use was applicable and was able to make it happen.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I was panicked when my water heater was leaking a ton of water, but called and got an appointment right away. Randy came out and gave me a quote. He was so helpful and knowledgeable! Then sent Justin and his brother out for the install. Let me just tell you… these guys were SO polite and friendly. They were extremely knowledgeable and helpful in explaining everything they would be doing and making sure I had no questions. They even caught a gas leak at the meter (hello! Not even their job!)! I will 1,000% recommend Benjamin Franklin (and already have) to anyone that will listen!!
