I’ve had these guys out for a couple of major plumbing issues including a leaking sewer pipe that required a lot of excavation. And then finesse work for my remodeled kitchen. All the guys were competent including Klee and Allie. They do a nice job when done on their cleanup and I’m a fan for sure now. I would recommend them any day for plumbing jobs large or small. Good company.

This was my first time using Benjamin Franklin. Chris was extremely professional and did not hesitate to answer any questions I had no matter how many times I asked them. They came out the next day completed the work quickly but efficiently. I no longer had an issue with the leak that was causing my water usage to spike. I will be using the company again if I ever need them. I Highly recommend this company

Mr. Lumpkin was very professional, knowledgeable and polite. He explained the process clearly and was very patient with me. He came and fixed the problem with my running faucet and even fixed my toilet issue. 100% would recommend his service.

First Let me say. I have a few people to thank. I was referred to speak to Phil at another location. I had a last minute cancellation from a total different company. This was going to be the fourth company that came out to look for my silent leak outside my home. Phil directed me to the plumbing department that came out to service me within the same hour I was expecting the other company. Athen from the Arlington location was my service tech. He was awesome, kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He inspected everything and said " I'm going to find your leak". He even found an extra valve that no one even knew about, not even myself. He quoted me a good price, and came out next day on time and began taking care of this painful issue I had. He also gave me some background information on this "quest pipe" that has been an issue for many residence in the city. I did the research from info he gave me. All he informed me of regarding this type of pipe was to correct I also want to thank dispatch for their professionalism and taking time to care and assist in my time of duress to resolve this problem. I highly recommend service tech (Athens) and this company (Benjamin Franklin) for all your plumbing needs!

Excellent service from start to finish. Kept us informed, showed us pictures of problem. Quick estimate & on time. Athens was a Superb tech & stayed on top of all details. Dillion helped on final day and both were professional, clean & Friendly. Will use them again should I need a plumber! 5 stars ++
