What a great team! Everyone was polite and considerate of my husband's health issues. The first visit was an emergency. They repaired it to the extent need until a team could come out and replace piping. A discussion about immediate fixes and long term goals was discussed. The answers were thorough and precise, calculating cost consistently while determining what would be done. There were several financial plans to choose from and they helped me find the one that worked best for us. On the day the work was to be done everyone was professional and knowledgeable. They were also kind when they had to work in my very cluttered garage. The warranty's were a huge selling point and I will definitely recommend them in the future
We recently had a leak in our yard caused by a broken sprinkler/irrigation pipe. We needed the pipes to be capped (not planning to use the sprinkler system) so we had Benjamin Franklin come out. They are clear with the fact that there is a $99 dispatch fee which is non-refundable regardless of whether they do any work. We had an initial issue with pricing and had over-paid. Thankfully they responded quickly with a price adjustment and refund. They were polite and apologetic. My opinion of them went from a negative one to a positive one and I am happy with my services and pricing.
Chris and Mike (big Mike) were excellent plumbers! Very good at their profession , my issue was de-scaling the old cast Iron pipes beneath my house! EXCELLENT job! I’m glad I choose Benjamin Franklin plumbing! Reasonably priced as well! All my water is flowing perfectly now!

They were able to come out within an hour of me calling, my technician Shaun completed the task of disconnecting my gas dryer, and fixing my washer hook ups the same day at a very reasonable price.
