Howard was so professional and fixed a leak in a ceiling pipe in our basement. He even insisted on vacuuming after the job was done. Howard was also very personable to talk with about what needed to be done. I would definitely refer him and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to others. Great job!

Howard was awesome. Very personable and I really enjoyed talking with him. His work was excellent and he was right on time. I would absolutely recommend Ben Franklin plumbing to anyone I know. Thanks so much!

Howard is the best. He came to my house and replaced my tub spout quickly and did a great job. He was very friendly and even put up with my dog. Would highly recommend them thank you so much

Absolutely outstanding service! From the moment I called, the team was prompt, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained everything clearly. The plumber was courteous, respectful of my home, and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Fair pricing, honest work, and exceptional quality—everything you’d hope for in a plumbing company. I highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again!

Howard came and installed a replacement to an old toilet, he was polite and easy to work with. And finished the job in a quick n tidy manner. Unrelated to him I was quoted for a fair bit less initially over the phone and was a bit blindsided (Probably through my own ignorance) of extra fees. While they were probably necessary and convenient, it was unexpected.
