I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! They are quick to respond, offer free evaluations and very fair pricing. Kevvon is very knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Today he came to my office to evaluate my water heater that wasn’t heating the water. Another company told me I needed new heating elements at the cost of $1282.89. Kevvon, being thorough, discovered the circuit breaker to the water heater was off. He reset it, the water got hot and he saved me $1282.89!

Highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I called in around 9:00 AM for an emergency drain blockage in my kitchen sink. An hour later, someone was on site and eager to remedy my issue. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff and will absolutely contract again for any/all plumbing needs.
David Laboskie was an absolute godsend. We had trouble with the situation for about three days, which forced my family into a single bathroom. He was able to explain the situation and help me plan for fixing it for a VERY reasonable price. Would absolutely recommend this service. On the second day, I got Josh Beadenkoof. He was ALSO absolutely incredible. From start to finish, he was a consummate professional. He was knowledgeable and helped me understand how these things work, and how problems build-up over time. Most importantly, he was honest and followed through with the plan set previously. Between these two, I have confidence that the job will get done. And I trust it will be done 100% right.

After several trips to Home Depot and a valiant effort trying to fix our sink ourselves—with help from our friend Bob, who eventually threw in the towel—we finally called Howard. And thank goodness we did! Howard came in, quickly assessed the situation, and had everything working smoothly in no time. He was professional, efficient, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. What took us days of trial and error, he handled with confidence and ease. Highly recommend Howard for anyone who wants the job done right the first time. We won’t hesitate to call him again next time something goes wrong!
Justin was Awesome! Very helpful, worked hard, and was done in a timely manner. The cost was a bit more than we hoped, but the work came with a multiple year warranty so it's all good. We'll be using them for any and all plumbing needs from this point forward.
