Not the first time I used Ben Franklin. This time I had them replace gas pipe and a trap under a bathroom sink. Noel was extremely professional, thorough and fast. He made sure I understood what was being done to fix my issues and that I had no questions. I would not hesitate to use them again.
We had a leak in our basement that Matthew came to assess, we needed a new water heater and water softener. They replaced both in a day! 10/10 recommend! Everyone especially Matthew was so friendly and easy to work with!
Installed my dishwasher and a sink faucet. Came out in a time manner within the window promised. Was very professional and was good to keep work area clean. Both dishwasher & faucet worked well after job complete. They took away my old parts. Great job
Tom, Taylor, and team were diligent in helping us try to find the source of our issues in our home. They were punctual, pleasant and listened patiently to our descriptions. We had a shower valve and PRV valve installed and they willingly returned as needed to address a couple minor issues. I would certainly use them again.
Ben did an excellent job! He was on time, was quick to evaluate the problem with our toilet, quoted us a fair price and got to work. After beginning the job, he provided updates throughout, shared what was leading to our issue, and discussed with us the solution. The total job was completed very quickly. Called on a Sunday afternoon & someone was out right away. He detected the leak in a hose feeding the RO system which was outside in the garage. He fixed it immediately & the Service Call fee was very reasonable. I can't thank them enough!!!! Thank you Dustin Urbanc!!!!!

I had a very positive experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. The repairman who came out, Adam, was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable about my plumbing problems. He answered all my questions and repaired what was going on in a timely manner. I will definitely call this company next time I have a plumbing issue and will be asking for Adam.
