Daniel was great!! He was very prompt and explained the workings of the new water heater. The company is awesome. Now you could find a cheaper water heater and cheaper labor but I tried one of those water heaters from the big box store and it failed after only 4 years. The ones that Benjamin Franklin sells are MADE IN THE USA instead of a foreign country. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry!
We had our water heater repaired and had a new water filter system installed after the technician suggested it. He was friendly and factual. After his visit we had to have another repair man to set the water heater temperature. Now it is working fine.
Christian was a very kind and pleasant young man. He did an exceptional job replacing my kitchen sink faucet and incinerator. He was thorough and helped to get the smell out of our pipes I would recommend him for any job.

Prompt and efficient customer service from initial scheduling to completion of the work, is my experience with BF Plumbing. My appointment was scheduled for the next morning with a 2 hour arrival window. My service tech rang my doorbell at exactly the start of that window. Christian, my service tech, introduced himself and reviewed the company procedure for assessing the work prior to providing me with the quote. Once done and accepted, he got to work on the multiple jobs that needed to be done. He completed each expertly and made sure I was happy with each completion as he went. Christian is an incredibly well trained plumber who not only had the skills to repair but also to diagnose why the problem had occurred in the first place. Additionally he is extremely courteous and respectful of me and my home! The pricing was quite reasonable and the service exemplary. I will definitely use them again for my plumbing needs!
