Cristi has been fixing us up for 6yrs now! He never fails to listen and diagnose, which is why I adore him. We had a leak in our kitchen ceiling, and I mentioned we have been taking more baths and the overflow was draining water quicker than we could add it. He laid out what the possibilities of failure could be, the first being least invasive, a gasket. Im so glad he mentioned this and we didn't jump straight to cutting into the ceiling because that was our issue! He has always been a trusted expert for our plumbing and is just a super personable.
