Very happy with the response we got from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Alex was so knowledgeable and carefully checked everything in my elderly parents home. We needed a new water heater and Alex got it scheduled the same day! They are very good at texting and calling when on the way which is so appreciated! Alex also did such a good job of pricing out and explaining he few items we need to have repaired in addition to the water heater. Very happy with this company!

This was recommended to me by a friend because i had a bad leak behind my a bathroom wall, and was by far the greatest service i have received. Shout out to Cristian Giurgila for being very knowledgeable, patient, and very profesional. I never felt pressured to do anything i wasnt comfortable doing and he even gave me a couple pieces of advice on how to do things myself, thats taking care of your customer in my opinion. We have used Ben Franklin Plumbing twice now and have been extremely impressed with their service! The first time, we had a toilet tank break and water all over on Easter Sunday. They came out the same day and replaced the toilet with no extra weekend or holiday charge. Andrew Duff gave top-notch service recently and was so friendly and knowledgeable.
