So grateful we found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I noticed a leak under our kitchen sink Friday night, and I called multiple companies who said the earliest they could look at it was Monday. I finally called Benjamin Franklin and they were able to get me an appointment the following morning. After finding that my father had installed a gas water heater incorrectly earlier today, we had Travis out to take a look at it. Thankful that The CO2 that was leaking in the house hasn’t killed them. Travis was courteous and great to work with. Let you know how the install goes tomorrow of the new water heater. On Monday, June 16, Noel Rodriguez returned to complete work on my outgoing water pipe lines. He also installed a unit to enhance my tankless hot water heater. He worked diligently and addressed and resolved all of my issues and concerns. He worked for 5 hours and did not leave until the work was completed. I cannot say enough about the quality of the work performed. Noel is knowledgeable and professional. His work is outstanding!!! On June 13, I had another service call from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. Noel Rodriguez serviced my plumbing leak. He was also courteous, knowledgeable and performed the work needed. An excellent technician. I would highly recommend! Johnny Mendoza was professional and knowledgeable. He addressed my concerns and clearly explained the work that needed to be done.
Benjamin Franklin came out to fix two leaking toilets. Syres was very friendly, professional and courteous. He showed us the issues we were having and fixed the issues quickly and neatly! Will definitely use them again. Highly recommend .
