Osiah was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was fast and friendly. He asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. I e used Benjamin Franklin twice already. I’m very happy with their work and their staff members. Even the times I’ve called the receptionist has been extremely nice and very helpful.

David did a fantastic job with my install. He was friendly and professional. He explained things along the way and answered all my questions when he was showing me how it worked at the end. So happy we had the tankless water heater installed. Thank you David.

We had a slab leak and needed everything rerouted. Esteban explained what he was doing every step of the way, and even though the final price was higher than the estimate we were happy to pay it. It was a lot of work, but him and Salvatore got it done in 2-1/2 days. Would highly recommend this company
