Thank you! 🙏🏻👍🏻 Today Tom did another excellent job with a complicated and grumpy toilet. Two new longer bolts and wax rings, tightened all of the three toilets seats and double checked parts. No more leaks on the ceilings below! Fabulous!! Thank you!!! 🙏🏻👍🏻💯

Barry is the best plumber we have ever had. He is always very helpful and thorough. We experienced many plumbing issues and he was able to repair all of them, even when another plumbing company was unable to. I highly recommend him to all my family and friends.

Jeff was prompt, polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. He was able to fix my main water line break in record time. Thank you Jeff! I had another water leak from the water purifier. Jeff did a great job installing a new unit ( the old one was not able to be repaired).

We had our master bathroom serviced by Tom and Josh at Ben Franklin. We had been dealing with draining issues for a few days and had also noticed a leak from our shower. Both were very professional and completed the repairs in a timely fashion. Prices were also fair. Would 100% recommend to anyone with plumbing issues.

We called in the morning because our toilets wouldn't flush. They put us on the list to have someone come out. Barry came later than first told, but we were called and told he was running later than planned and he got here earlier than we were expecting. He was able to figure out the problem and took care of it. (Clog somewhere in the pipe). He was very nice, knowledgeable and thorough. He gave us a few suggestions as to how to keep clogs from happening in the future. I felt they were a bit pricey, but sometimes competence is worth a bit extra. Highly recommend.
