Josh was amazing. He walked me though everything to make sure I was comfortable with the options of service. He did an amazing clean and professional install of our water heater. Josh and Hamlet of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing lumbing were on time and assessed the issues we were having in great detail! They gave there recommendations based on varying readegrees of cost and were very respectful of costs. After explaining the details for each the got right to work and are very organized and clean. Once they checked their work to make sure they completed everything they came and reviewed and showed me their work . Look and works great!!! Hot water heater and whole home filtration system!!! While the were at it brought our attention to electrical sparks under the house and we had an electrician out immediately to fix it. They saved us from an electrical fire!!! Thank you both for watching out for us!!! Definitely would use them again and highly recommend them!!!!

Brandon was awesome. Came for an easy job, inspected all plumbing and found water heater on the verge of breakdown. Replaced immediately. Took care of everything. Very impressed. Thank you so much.

Brandon Forney was our technician. Our insurance company required us to get a valve replaced on our solar water heater. Brandon came through again. He was very punctual and arrived on time. He replaced the valve. He went above and beyond and also added a cap on the valve to prevent anyone from getting burnt, as a safety precaution. Tom did a great job installing a water softener and a water heater. I supplied both from Home depot. Great communication as I contemplated my requirements Over several weeks. Willing to negotiate. Was able to complete installation of both units in less than 5 1/2 hours so it didn’t kill my entire day. I Have a new plumber from here on out.🙂
