Brandon Forney was our technician. Our insurance company required us to get a valve replaced on our solar water heater. Brandon came through again. He was very punctual and arrived on time. He replaced the valve. He went above and beyond and also added a cap on the valve to prevent anyone from getting burnt, as a safety precaution.
