Outstanding new water heater purchase, removal and installation, all in one afternoon. Tom Kessinger is one heck of a professional. Tom did not over promise or under deliver. He delivered on all aspects as promised. Very happy with my decision to go with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing Co. Will be looking to have all of my plumbing needs with Ben Franklin Plumbing.

The guys did a great job installing my water softener and filter system, and did it same day! Not the cheapest I was quoted (or the most expensive), but they provided additional value by flushing and cleaning my tankless water heater (which I hadn’t even considered). Now I have pure water throughout!

Josh and Jonathan were great, they were early for the appointment and the work on the maintenance and installation was great and all work was completed that same afternoon. Tom was awesome today with replacing my water heater! I thought we’d be taking cold showers for a week before someone came out, but called at 9 AM & done by 2 PM. Can’t ask for better service than that & reasonably priced! Great work, Tom ! Thanks again!
