We had a problem with our water softener that was installed a year ago. Tom consulted with Scott and came out today and repiped it and it seems to be working perfectly now. Because it wasn't done to specifications before, it was free of charge. We have used Benjamin Franklin for several years now and are completely happy with them!

We were given a window of time for our service call: between 11am and 2pm. Pedro arrived a few minutes early (before 11am). He was very respectful and upon entering our home immediately donned shoe covers. He remained patient, understanding, and professional throughout several unexpected curve balls and persisted to find a solution. Pedro is extremely hardworking and he went above and beyond to serve us today. He kept us informed of updates each step of the process and facilitated communication with his supervisor, Scott, to deliver information in a considerate and timely manner. No one wants to experience plumbing issues but Pedro's outstanding character, knowledge, and skill helped soften the blow.
