Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was everything I could’ve asked for and more. Ethan was so respectful and happy to answer all my questions!! He kept me updated through out the entire process & made sure I was informed of all my options. He definitely showed me he takes pride in his job and his attention to detail in his work shows! He replaced my shower handle stem and handle. Complete Install of a new main water shutoff with a pressure regulator valve, and an expansion tank, both of which entailed very restricting and difficult location and placement. Luckily Ethan’s positive attitude and efficient work relieved the stress of such a big, unexpected repair. Great experience. Absolutely happy with my choice. 100% recommend. 10/10.

They were courteous on the phone and set me up for a same-day appointment. I got a call a bit later that the plumber could come out much sooner. The plumber was amazing! He was amiable, kind, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable!

Louis was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained everything without "mansplaining" and made some helpful suggestions for maintaining my home's plumbing. He fixed our problem is under an hour. Our cost was about $260 to have a drain cleared - worth every penny!
