Very happy with the quick and efficient service we were provided! We called around 8:30am with concerns of a leak near our hot water heater, and by 9:45am, they had already gotten to our home and fixed the issue. The servicemen were knowledgeable, worked quickly, and the prices offered were reasonable. I would definitely book them again!

Great work, super fast, and explained everything. John helped us out and was honest and thorough. He found out the main cause of one of our issues in the tub drain which required deeper work but didnt charge very much more for it. He also helped us get hotter water in our other shower and took out the valve to get a stonger flow in the shower head. He replaced the outdoor hose big faucet which was very old. I joined membership as well which I felt was a good deal in the long run.

John and the Benjamin Franklin team were very responsive and able to come out same day to fixed a toilet that wouldn’t flush. They presented multiple option and were transparent with pricing. We ended up having to replace the toilet but John was able to have a new toilet delivered in less than 30 minutes and installed it right away. Extra credit for keeping the space clean!
