Jason came on time was able to get my disposal unit and sink stopper replaced within the same visit. He was very courteous and worked efficiently getting it replaced quickly and even ensured to leave everything cleaner than he found it. I must add the team at the service desk was also great. They called me within 30 seconds of me submitting the request and were great about communicating updates to my appointment. Highly recommend using Benjamin Franklin for any plumbing needs!

I had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing replace an exterior freeze-proof faucet. From the time I called to when the technician arrived was less than an hour, which was impressive. The technician was courteous, professional, and completed the replacement in about an hour. Pricing was provided upfront with no surprises. I’m giving four stars instead of five because the cost was on the higher end compared with online estimates for this type of repair. While the technician did have to access the crawl space, the overall price still felt high relative to the time and scope of the work. For that reason, I likely would not use them again, though this is due to pricing rather than the quality of service.

John and Conly arrived on time and quickly to diagnose the problem. There was a sewer gas smell, and they were able to quickly locate the source with a sniffer Device. They made the repair for a reasonable price, and did not attempt to up charge me. They completed everything in about one hour.They were polite and friendly. I will definitely consider using Benjamin Franklin plumbing again.
