John, the service technician, was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of the space. From the initial dispatch to the on-site service, the Durham team worked seamlessly together. I’ve written reviews for various services in the past—from HVAC to car washes—and I’ve never given a 5-star rating before. This experience, however, truly deserves it. Their service fee was the lowest I could find, and the replacement cost was right in line with what my neighbor had paid. Most importantly, they were available on a weekend and completed the replacement and installation of the new water heater all in the same day. Thank you, John, for a job exceptionally well done.

I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing. The communication with the office and the team in the field was outstanding! They were also prompt and courteous. I was impressed with the quality of work as well. We had a leaky filter case and pipes coming off my pressure tank were rusting. Here are before and after photos. John the Super Plumber has done work at my house twice. Recently I called to ask for help assembling bathroom plumbing for a DIY renovation that turned out to be a bit more than we could handle. John arrived within the hour to save the day. His work is thorough, and he takes time to explain not only what he’s doing but any concerns he discovers during the repair.
