Cody was so helpful, professional, prompt and easy to work with. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing! The price I paid included after hours fee so price for services rendered was very reasonable.
So we had another unexpected need for plumbing services on 8/8/25. Based on the outstanding service received on a plumbing issue at our house a week earlier, we turned to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Avery Heath. Avery is one-of-a- kind! He arrived on time, listened to our plumbing issue and set about researching and working to resolve our issue. Tirelessly for multiple hours he stayed focused and resolute to resolve our issue. We're pleased to report that Avery was successful in resolving the issue. His professional demeanor and "can do" commitment to excellence is a wonderful trait! We'll look to him and Ben Franklin plumbing for our next plumbing project. We would like to recognize two employees that are shining examples of this company! When we called for emergency service on Saturday, August 2, 20205, McKenzie (spelling?) was a joy to speak with! Very attentive to our problem and expressed a genuine desire to help us as soon as possible, She kept us updated on a projected service time and all along demonstrating a genuine desire to help us. She provided us a service window of 12 pm to 4 pm. Shortly before 12 pm, McKenzie let us know our service technician was enroute to our residence. A truly professional customer service representative! It was a blessing when Avery Heath arrived a little after 12 pm. We were very happy with the service provided by Avery. He was professional, efficient, technically competent, and took time to explain the service policies and the project costs. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.
This company was so easy to deal with. The lady who took my call and booked the appointment to our service tech they were professional and so easy to deal with. Great customer service all the way around and to have a fair price with that service is awesome as well. I highly recommend them.
Paul arrived promptly, and assessed my plumbing problem. Awaiting estimate for repair vs replacement. He was polite and knowledgeable.
Entire experience from start to finish was excellent! Customer service is amazing! Nick and Luke did a great job from initial contact providing a quote and explaining the process of what needed to be done. We are very pleased with this company and quality of work! Highly recommend!
Benjamin Franklin service technician, Aaron is the best! He is here to assist with any issue and promptly has a solution - work is high quality, long-lasting and 100% efficient. I wouldn't hire anyone else as i know i can depend on this company and their highly skilled technicians and enjoy the personable consistency.
I will always give this company 5 stars. I use them at my house in NJ and FL and now at my Mothers on Christmas Day!! Cody Mellet, our technician was professional, super friendly and got the job done in minutes. A leak and a small flood did not ruin our family Xmas thanks to BFP. 8/6/2025 - We just used Ben Franklin again, at my Mom’s house! Alex Grab and Brian Speese did an excellent job installing a water softening system, along with other plumbing needs. These two young men were professional, knowledgeable, friendly and super clean. They did 4 separate projects and left no mess.
Frank Jones was an amazing plumber. He came to my residence at the scheduled time and put in my Flo by Moen automatic shut off and water detection leak valve. He explained everything to me carefully. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, professional, and was patient with my many questions. He even helped me with setting up the WiFI. Top shelf rating. Could not be many happier!
Mike is awesome! He is knowledgeable, thorough, took the time to explain everything, and did a great job with all 3 installations. He made sure everything was working perfectly, and it is very apparent how much he cares about the quality of the work. Van was also extremely professional and informative when scheduling the work and explaining the system to us. I was really impressed and highly recommend!
First time calling Benjamin Franklin. The ladies answering the phone were informative & very nice. John Andrews was our technician. He arrived same day, showed us what we needed & went over pricing. He was thorough & extremely neat in his work. We are very satisfied with the services provided & will use Benjamin Franklin again
