We had such a great experience with this company! Rob came out the same day I called and was able to diagnose the issue right away. Thanks to David and everyone else at Benjamin Franklin plumbing, within 24 hours we already have hot water back, a new water heater installed, and so much appreciation for this company!

Tommy was extremely professional and friendly! He listened to a couple of my concerns and addressed them first thing. As he did his inspection he took many pictures and kept me informed along the way. While checking all plumbing spaces he discovered a leak under my kitchen sink. I had no idea. This is why I join the club and have a yearly inspection. Tommy fixed everything while he was not site, no need for another appointment. I am beyond pleased!

Jordan and his co-worker, Oscar, did a fabulous job. They were careful bringing things in and out of our house and did a very thorough and neat installation. This is my fourth or fifth project with Ben Franklin Plumbing; they do consistently good work.
