Chris gave us transparency, honesty and over the top service. Benjamin Franklin was a thorough top of the line choice. We had to replace our tankless water heater from the original one when house was built 5 years ago because the original installer did not have the filter on the system, so everything was burned up. We also have had very hard, gritty water and decided to do the water softener all at the same time. Again, they were honest, transparent and not pushy/salesy. It was soooo appreciated!
Pablo Cabrera was very prompt and extremely helpful. He did a good job of installing the shower head and made sure everything worked as expected. In addition to this, he went out of the way to help with some minor repairs. We are extremely pleased with his service.
Todd was amazing and definitely worth trusting with your plumbing! He was patient and knowledgeable and was just as motivated to find a solution as we were. He even took the extra time to come back through the house to wipe down all the surfaces he touched! This was extra appreciated since it’s currently cold & flu season. What an excellent job was done! The plumbers were very knowledgeable, communicated very well, Letting us know exactly what they did and how they did it! The cleanup was excellent! I could not have had a better experience!! They ran a camera to see if there were any issues and where the issues were and then they did the Jet stream cleaning, put in a clean out. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing!
I have a membership with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, and I can honestly say they are the best option. They are incredibly fast and reliable whenever something needs to be fixed at home. In my case, a toilet broke, and Kenith arrived very quickly to replace it. His service was exceptional, extremely professional, efficient, and he was also very friendly. Josh and his intern were very professional and friendly. They took the time needed to do a thorough job. Josh did not even get phased when I accidentally sprayed him with shower water. I would definitely call Benjamin Franklin next time I need a plumber.
We had a couple leaking pipes in the basement, we called and were able to get an appointment quickly. The tech, Karus did a great job investigating and fixing both quickly. Very professional, honest, and cleaned before leaving. Much appreciated!
