Woke up to find my water heater leaking. Used Thumbtack to find service, and Ben Franklin contacted me quickly. Had a plumber out by noon, and my water heater was replaced by 5 pm. They gave me several options for replacement, and I chose the best value for my household. Very happy with the service and new water heater.

After presenting prices, Jordan observed my reaction and offered to revisit the quotes. Following a brief interval, he returned with a revised proposal that my girlfriend and I found satisfactory.
