AJ was on time, friendly and knowledgeable about the problem. He explained everything to me and gave me three quotes. And he was patient and allowed me to choose which plan to go with. Thus company has been great for me and I highly recommend them. Most of all, I called them after 100 pm. The lady told me that she could have a plumber to me between 200 pm and 600 pm. He did arrive early and took less time than he told me it would take.

Very pleased with the work that was done at my home. We encountered many issues that needed to be fixed and we were greeted by some amazing people! Mr.Eric installed our new water heater and he answered every question and concern and put our minds at ease . Ryder and Jourdan are helping us with our plumbing issue and they’ve done the exact same aswell! I’m very comfortable saying that I will be handling all repairs for a lifetime with this company. Not just because of the work that was done but it’s because I know they have these 3 wonderful people working for them!! They’ve made our life so much easier in a tough home owning time. I called One Air Heating for a second opinion on my furnace drama. I have battling it since the first of December with another company. First off the second opinion was free! I did not know that! How Wonderful for this old lady! Cody came out same day....what a great guy and very knowledgeable of my furnace unit. After explaining my troubles, and he listened to all of them, he looked at the thermostat and the the unit. Turned out I need a control board, which of course, is back ordered. So.....he did a temporary fix, and checked to see if they had any boards at all for the unit in case the fix doesn't hold. Found an old board, but have decided to wait if the temporary fails. He came out on the 21st and as of the 24th, its still working. He even gave me his number and said if any problems give him a call. He even texted on friday to check in. Great Service for sure, I'm glad I called their number for the second opinion. Thanks so much Cody!

Excellent service. My water heater started pouring water. So i started calling around to find a plumber that would come and fix it same day. After 10 calls around i found Benjamin Franklin. They sent someone within the hour and before day was done i had a brand new water heater and my house was brought up to code! Thank you Ronnie, David and Jay. Extremely professional and tidy!

Ryan was very competent and thorough. Although all I really wanted was my toilet to work again he made some very good observations throughout my house of things needing work. He presented pros and cons and didn't feel overly pressured to do anything. His work was done right away and he left no mess. I will definitely call him in the future.

Mr. Perkins did an awesome job. He explained everything about the new water heater to us. He was very nice and polite.

The crew at Ben Franklin responded quickly to our situation and presented us with options to fix the problem of excessive rust deposits entering the house in sinks and toilets. The returned within 48 hours and installed two filters to our system. The plumber, Mingmar, was very nice, explained everything he was going to do and finished the job in less than 4 hours. Brandon Forney was an absolute pleasure to work with. He was incredibly professional and took extra care to work quickly and quietly while my baby was napping. Would definitely recommend requesting him on any service.

David was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He took extra time to understand my faucet problem and researched options to help me get the part I needed.

Very personable, timely, got the job done quickly, explained everything he was doing, gave recommendations for keeping our pipes from freezing. Liked him a lot.
