Jade and Bennett did a great job. They took the time to really think it through. None of this was decided in a moment. It was thought of and we thought of they were also extremely courteous. In fact I had to tell them to quit being so nice and to be themselves in my house. But they just couldn’t help themselves and they were professionals all the way. But they were not stiff. They worked hard and they seem to have had a good time working. I would definitely hire them again if I needed to get a plumbing job taken care of in a timely manner and in a professional manner.

Called BF around 8:30am having no hot water. They told me 10-2 and the technician would call ahead of time. My phone was ringing in about 10 minutes and I had someone at my house by 9. Jason was my technician and he showed me options for my situation. Ultimately I went with a new hot water heater and Jason completed the job in about 2 hours. Hot water restored! Jason was professional, polite, and kept me in the loop as he worked. Would highly recommend!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was fantastic! They showed up right on schedule, diagnosed my plumbing issue in minutes, and had everything fixed the same day. The technician Shaun Spencer, was super friendly, answered all my questions, and made the whole experience stress-free. Great service all around!

Dominic Turner deserves 10 star's he was very knowledgeable and professional he answered all my questions he made sure everything was perfect he installed a new toilet and a new hot water heater and double check everything to make sure it worked properly and he cleaned up all the trash I had left over he has to be the best technician they have I was 💯 satisfied with everything and will definitely call them again every time !!!

Made a call to Benjamin Franklin who sent Chase to my home within 45 min. Chase identified the issue and explained the problem in detail. Chase was able to replace/repair what was needed SAME DAY. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable

First of all, I want to say that I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing. I was in contact with 2 of their employees. Heather and Cole. They both went above and beyond any expectations that I had! It started with Heather. She is such a breath of fresh air! Very friendly and outgoing. I had to reschedule once, and she was totally understanding. And then Cole came to do the work. He has a great personality and took time to listen to our issue, and fixed it in world record time! Unfortunately, we live in a time when expectations are low. So many times we are disappointed by people that aren't good at their jobs and are clearly just going through the motions. I will assure you that these two people are not like that at all! Both of them were amazing, and I will not hesitate to call them or recommend them any time plumbing service is needed. I hope their bosses realize the value that they add to their company. Good employees are hard to find, and I expect that my experience is not too different than what others receive. Give Benjamin Franklin plumbing a try. You won't regret it!

Out tech, Josh, was fantastic. He arrived promptly, introduced himself, and explained everything he was doing. All the costs were given up front before any work was done, so there were no surprises. He was very professional and honest.

Josh installed 2 bathroom sinks and two faucets. He went above and beyond to stay and also snake our drain pipes to my great relief. He was polite and independent in his work, working with confidence and pride in his work,

After the absolute no help from another local plumbing company, and many hundreds of dollars later, we called Benjamin Franklin for help. They were 100% thorough and explained in detail every thing they were doing. They were clean, respectful, and so sweet with my two curious toddlers. I wished we would have called them first!
