Client Care Representative

Essential Functions

  • Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company. Good communication with the client is essential! Has a courteous and pleasant demeanor, whether on a phone call or not.
  • Ensures that each telephone call is answered before the third ring and that the approved company greeting and script is used each time
  • Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the Plumber is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
  • Calls Agreement Membership clients, as scheduled service appointments, should be booked to make up for any shortfall of repair calls

Minimum Training, Experience, and Knowledge Required

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential
  • Must have good computer software skills
  • Prior customer service experience preferred

Dispatcher

Essential Functions:

  • Manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients and generating revenue
  • Makes every effort to compress call scheduling to effectively maximize productivity and revenue
  • Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the Plumber is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window
  • Re-schedules appointment times at client’s convenience as necessary
  • Communicates with the Purchasing and Warehouse Coordinator to help arrange efficient delivery of parts to Plumber
  • Strictly adheres to the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule, to ensure the “Right” Plumber is sent to the “Right” appointment
  • Shares responsibility to ensure that all Plumbers arrive at their designated appointments on time
  • Debriefs with Plumbers upon completion of jobs to identify any outstanding client satisfaction issues
  • Enters equipment type and age information for systems into SuccessWare

Minimum Training, Experience, and Knowledge Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must have good computer software skills
  • Prior customer service experience preferred.

General Manager

Essential Functions:

  • Ensures vehicles in the fleet are maintained both mechanically and visually to company standards
  • Develops and delivers business plans to achieve budgeted sales and required profits
  • Completes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR)
  • Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achieved
  • Conducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standards
  • Places regular phone calls to customers to discuss satisfaction
  • Reviews payroll reports ensuring hours and pay are correct
  • Inspects all field operations to ensure excellent service

Minimum Training, Experience, and Knowledge Required:

  • Advanced Degree and/or 5+ years of successful home services experience with a track record of increasing responsibility with past employers in the same or similar industry
  • Strong interpersonal written and verbal communication skills

Lead / Junior Plumber

Essential Functions:

  • Utilizes Straight Forward Pricing (including all company approved forms) correctly on each call
  • Wears floor savers while in the client’s home and maintains a neat work area while performing a repair or scheduled service
  • Tests each aspect of the job before leaving a home to make sure everything is working properly. Ensures the job was indeed completed correctly and eliminates unnecessary callbacks after the job is finished
  • Explains each service performed to the client each time a maintenance or repair is completed. Ensures clients are 100% satisfied with all work
  • Conveys a safety-conscious attitude, both on the job and while driving
  • Maintains cleanliness inside and outside of vehicles at all times

Minimum Training, Experience, and Knowledge Required:

  • Junior Plumbers are considered training/apprentice level and typically do not operate their own truck
  • Lead/Master Plumbers are considered senior level and typically operate their own truck
  • Lead & Junior Plumbers must have applicable certifications and licensing required by their state of residence
