We needed new faucets throughout the house and Eric was excellent. He had done previous work for us and we asked him to return. He worked all day and even had to go find some parts to help us further. We recommend his services. He is a pleasure to work with.
The professional nature of this company was apparent from every step of the process. I got a water filtration and softening system installed at my house. Jason was vastly knowledgeable on every part of the system and functions of a water treatment system in a house. His expertise in guiding me to our final decision was friendly but from a point of obvious wisdom in terms of a long term investment. We arrived at a shockingly good price for the services provided and I even got to talk to the higher ups in the chain of command and wound up receiving a better deal on my service than I thought achievable going into it. After Jason left Bryson picked up where he left off later in the day. I haven’t met a more friendly or laid back person in a very long time. This is not to say he wasn’t skilled is his field either. He got to work quickly and finished up quickly. A few casual conversations about TCGs and life in general later he was showing me my new Brita system fully installed. He gave a very detailed summary of how it worked and what I would need to do in case of anything going wrong. Shortly after he left I enjoyed one of the freshest tasting cups of water I have ever had. Needless to say I have found my go to for any future plumbing needs I may have. I look forward to working with this company again should the need arise and know I am going to be well taken care of.
Eric was very friendly and very professional. Helped me bring in some packages that were at my door. He explained what was going on with my plumbing and how much it would cost. Very pleasant personality. I am very satisfied with the work that Eric did. I will probably use them again more than likely. Very pleased. I probably will recommend this company to my friends and family
I had a stopped up kitchen sink problem. I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they sent Jesse Coston to solve my problem. He looked at my sink problem and completely rerouted the plumbing under the sink and resolved the problem. Great work Jesse! I’ll recommend you guys anytime!
Chase Mayo and asst. Daniel were on time, polite and considerate of keeping floors clean and doors closed for warmth. Chase explained all options and did not push anything to increase profits beyond what was specific to our needs. He knows his products well and explained the safety and performance aspects very well after installation. Company wise- installation lower than the bottom of range given for the two chain stores in town- Also really appreciated the company forecasting worker arrival even with name and picture. I would recommend the service with high marks
