Huge thank you to Eric L. for solving multiple leaks in my house that arose all at once. And on the weekend, no less! He was friendly and professional, he laid out my options for me, and let me decide how to proceed. When one final repair couldn't be done immediately, he sourced a part and came back 2 days later to finish the job. I'll definitely call back, next time I have any problems, y'all are great. We needed new faucets throughout the house and Eric was excellent. He had done previous work for us and we asked him to return. He worked all day and even had to go find some parts to help us further. We recommend his services. He is a pleasure to work with.
Jordan was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail what he was going to do and why. He educated me on how a hot water tank works and why mine failed. We called due to lower water pressure in our shower. Sure glad we did because Eric found a much bigger issue with our hot water heater! He was very professional and personable. When we call back for our inspection, which we didn’t know we needed but glad we know now, we will be asking for Eric! My two kids were very much curious what he was doing and he was great with working while also answering their many, many questions.
