Chase arrived a few minutes after the time he had given me at his initial call. He was courteous and well mannered. He assessed the issue and checked for his supplies and got right to the job. He was in and out in under 45 minutes.

Primary call was sketchy. The management stepped up and provided a great solution and worked with us to have a satisfactory outcome. Thank you Mr. Nix for your patience and honesty. Hopefully we can work on a permanent solution. A little pricy but well worth it. Harley was very helpful,polite and thorough in his work and explainations.

I had an old refrigerator line (still attached to the cold water pipe for my kitchen sink) not in use in my old house and it cracked causing a water leak into the ceiling of my basement. Luckily, we caught it in time and turned off the water to my house at the street before it did any major damage. My instinct was to call the first company I could find that would come out on a Sunday to remove the old fridge line and replace the section of water pipe to my kitchen sink. I discovered that several companies which advertised 24/7 emergency services in fact would not come out on Sunday and a couple of them did not return my call. I happen to get emails from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they advertised 24/7 emergency services so I called and was scheduled for the repair within a couple of hours. Eric Lovelady was the plumber that came out and he quickly identified the problem I faced and was able to perform the repairs and get the water to my house back on within an hour of arriving. Eric was very kind, professional, and knowledgeable! Eric called me before he arrived and explained the emergency call out pricing very clearly to me, and after diagnosing what repairs were needed, he explained the repair costs clearly and made it easy to understand. Eric then walked me through the repair as he performed it. The company should be glad to have him on the team! Because of Eric, I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again if I need to! There is a certain peace of mind to know there is a reliable company with great people ready to help when the need arises!

Michael Hudson was exceptional. He worked hard to resolve my problem. He respected me and my home.He let me know what to expect regarding price before he began work. My first time to use this company but will certainly use them again.

The technicians were professional, informative, and patient with customer questions and concerns. Chase has a calming demeanor and walked me through the process of exploration as well repair replacement and installation. He took phots that helped me see what he saw that concerned him. Arrived on time and stayed until the job was completed to his own high standard of performance. He went above and beyond answering questions and assuring me that he would make the upgrades necessary to appease the water company, who charged me almost $3000 for excessive water use up to 20,000 gallons of water. Though the cost of the repair was twice as much as the bill, i feel calm knowing that i have working water lines and hopefully my water will no longer be brown in the mornings.
