We needed new faucets throughout the house and Eric was excellent. He had done previous work for us and we asked him to return. He worked all day and even had to go find some parts to help us further. We recommend his services. He is a pleasure to work with.
Chase Mayo was the young man who installed my faucet and changed out my stuck cold and hot knobs under the sink. He was very, very careful to make sure the job was done right, and not cause new problems. He was also very friendly and sweet. He gets 5 stars!
Mr. Colby Howard of Ben Franklin Plumbing did an excellent job today. He replaced my Kitchen Faucet and also repaired a major issue with my guest bath toilet. Colby is among the best plumbing craftsman I've ever hired to fix minor and major plumbing issues ever.
Very pleased with the work that was done at my home. We encountered many issues that needed to be fixed and we were greeted by some amazing people! Mr.Eric installed our new water heater and he answered every question and concern and put our minds at ease . Ryder and Jourdan are helping us with our plumbing issue and they’ve done the exact same aswell! I’m very comfortable saying that I will be handling all repairs for a lifetime with this company. Bryson and his team did a great job in replacing my 20+ yr old water heater. He was very good in explaining everything about the job and completed the work pretty much in the time frame promised.
