My information was taken professionally, and I was given a service window between 12 PM and 4 PM for when a technician would arrive. I truly appreciate the efforts of the management team for keeping me informed about the technician’s status prior to arrival. Mr. Rider. Chase arrived a few minutes after the time he had given me at his initial call. He was courteous and well mannered. He assessed the issue and checked for his supplies and got right to the job. He was in and out in under 45 minutes.
