So glad we went with Benjamin Franklin for the latest plumbing work we needed done in our home. I couldn’t be happier with the work Eric Lovelady and Jo did. They installed a new water heater and pump and changed out the shut off valves. They were so polite and professional. Eric was upfront with the work, pricing and timeline to complete the work. He took the time to explain different options (and he was so patient when he had explain something to my husband and then again to me). When installing every thing him and Jo did their due diligence to make sure it was working properly, that I knew how everything worked and how to adjust the water temperature or shut off the water valves if I ever needed too. The pressure coming into our home was 20…. The pump he installed was smaller and quieter than was we had previously installed 3 years ago by another plumber and the water pressure in the house is now AMAZING! Someone can shower, wash the dishes, do a load of laundry and have the outside hose running ALL at the SAME time with consistent pressure. As a mom of 3 toddlers, I did appreciate that whenever they came into the house (majority of the work was done down in the basement/garage) they wore shoes covers and they left their work area nice and tidy. The Benjamin Franklin warranties on their work and equipment was also reassuring to us that they stand by their work and if anything would go wrong they would come back and check it out and make it right. If you’re looking for a plumber, I’d highly recommend using Benjamin Franklin and make sure to ask for ERIC!

Eric was professional and did The most amazing job putting in my new kitchen faucet it looks amazing. I love it. He will be my Forever go to guy for all my plumbing needs.

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was fantastic! They came out with 25 hours notice and immediately found the issue and fixed the pipe same day. They were thoughtful and thorough in their response and even sent pics of the issue (before and after). I would highly recommend them for plumbing issues

My wife and I had several major plumbing issues that needed repair. So, when Eric from Benjamin Franklin in Pelham, AL came to our home this past Saturday, we knew it was going to be a lengthy visit in repairing items such as our water pressure, shower head drip, drain clogs in our bathroom sinks and a new garbage disposal. However, after talking with Eric for a few minutes before his inspection, we became at ease with the repair work that we knew had to be completed. Eric did a very thorough inspection inside and outside of our home and provided us a detailed breakdown of the costs with an explanation of each repair. And after installing a new water heater regulator that allowed our water pressure to be marked at a normal level, Eric ran into a major challenge in removing our shower valve in our master bathroom in repairing the shower head drip. He did his due diligence in trying to remove a tough valve that had been improperly installed by our contractors. However, after an hour of sweat and a couple of broken pliers, Eric told me that he had to cut a hole through the wall to remove the valve and replace it with a new one. He provided me a visual of the wall’s cut and did a great job of not messing up the sheet rock and not being left with any paint residue. Despite many hours of hard labor, Eric was focused on completing all of our repair work in a thorough, patient and graceful manner. Even though the repairs were pricey, my wife and I knew all the work was completed with our satisfaction due to Eric’s focus of ensuring quality service. Great job, Eric! And we know now that we have a go-to plumber for any future jobs!
