Jared returned my call with a weekend emergency. He helped me get the leak stopped over the phone and called back Monday morning to make an appointment to install a new hot water tank. He was very efficient and friendly. He did an excellent job!

Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is an absolutely 100% phenomenal business! I called in the morning on a Friday, about replacing a gas water heater, & they were on it by 1:00 pm.— even though they were fully booked into the next week. I was OK with that & understand business pressures & time constraints. However, when I just casually mentioned that I felt I was barely functioning under some heavy burdens (unrelated to the water heater), they dropped everything to help me out. They were professional, courteous, and kind. They went above and beyond to explore the possibilities for repairing the water heater instead of replacing it. They were fast, efficient, and did a superb job. Their pricing was right in line with other comparable, quality businesses of this type. Jarrod was here a week ago plus...I'm so happy with my new water heater! Unit went out on Thursday, called Ben Franklin Plumbing and they sent Jarrod out the next day (Roto Rooter said at least a week) Jarrod came in took a look gave us the estimate, we said yes. I asked how long it would take he said about 2 hours. One & a half hours later we have a new, bigger much more efficient water heater. I'll call this company first next time.

Jarod was attentive, polite and professional. I am pleased with the service and will likely call them again in the future. I only gave 4 stars overall as the cost was a bit excessive.

JG came to us a few weeks back and troubleshooting our dishwasher. He found several issues with it. Repair costs likely above price of new dishwasher. We ordered new. He came out installed the new for us. We had snow on the ground and removed shoes in the house. He is a fine young man and would be proud to have him in my business. Great job!!!
