Job well done! Jerod was our plumber for this job. He called before coming and was well within the time frame we were provided the day before. He treated our home with respect and allowed me to stand over him to watch how he was fixing our new tub spout that was not working due to age. Jerod was very efficient and pleasant and did not mind explaining to me the “why” and “how” during his visit. Chris and JG did a great job installing my new water heater! They were quick, very efficient, and did quality work. They came out the same day I called for service! (Even though the national service center said they didn't service my area!?) Very pleased I can take hot showers again!
Hot water heater went out, called Benjamin Franklin and they came within 30 mins to replace. Technician was super nice and did awesome work in a timely manner. I didn’t think I would get such a quick response but it was great that I did! Would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
