Hot water heater went out, called Benjamin Franklin and they came within 30 mins to replace. Technician was super nice and did awesome work in a timely manner. I didn’t think I would get such a quick response but it was great that I did! Would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing!
Jarod was very kind and professional, turns out my gas wasn't on and thats why my water heater wasn't working, which we figured out after he got here. The fee for just coming out here was quite steep, which might be something for the company to consider changing but otherwise good experience.
Chris did a great job in taking the old one out and installing the new one. Jerod replace our old kitchen faucet with a new one and did great work and very quickly. Well done!
