Pros: Robert was fantastic. Diagnosed and repaired with very knowledgeable, kind, friendly service. Cons: Took an extra two days due to scheduling issue, had to wait longer than expected on the repair day, and had a bit of sticker shock with the actual price, and received no consideration for my wasted time or delay in repairs.

Jordan was extremely knowledgeable, professional and experienced. He took what limited information I provided about my issue and quickly offered a solution. He explained what he would do and then explained pricing. He covered warranties and told me that my satisfaction was his top priority. I am extremely pleased with Jordan's work and believe it is a great value for the price. I will definitely use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Augusta again and whole heartedly endorse and recommend them. Thank you Jordan for your wonderful service!

Ricky was very thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. He took the time to diagnose the difficult-to-find plumbing issue in my yard, and went above and beyond to make sure it met his own standards! He always communicated updates and made feel prioritized. Would happily use Benjamin Franklin again!

Tristan was very knowledgeable and quickly understood what I needed to have done on the 1947 home we are renovating. He made some suggestions which greatly improved what I was trying to accomplish. Tristan completed the work quickly and did an excellent job. I highly recommend the service and Tristen. They will be doing my next phase of plumbing on the new bathroom addition. Also, our dog Cody has a new friend! Update: Tristan did a super job. He was able to accomplish the job quickly (install a water spigot on the back of my house where there wasn't one). He also made suggestions about the new sink and cabinets we are having installed next week.

We had Jordan and Kyle come out to check for a possible gas leak from our tankless hot water heater. They were absolutely fabulous. They went under the house, checked all the connections, tested the system thoroughly. They were so professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I would have them a higher rating if I could. They put our minds at ease. We highly recommend them.
