The Technician Austin was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job. The only negative thing I could say. Is the price $$ I had to pay for the service. Also, they don’t repair the sheet rock in the wall. I will need to have someone repair it. I did have same day service which was a plus.

I had a great experience with Jordan. He was respectful, took the time to explain the issue with my water heater in a way I could understand, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He also ordered the necessary part without delay. I appreciate his professionalism and would definitely recommend him. The only issue is the flat rate pricing is a little high in my opinion, but that is the only negative.

Great communication from Monica & Russell regarding my tankless water heater issue. I really appreciated the response times. Russell answered all questions, repaired a bad wire same day as requested, and showed me all details on the progress to fix it. Clear & helpful communication made me be at ease!

I called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Trevor came out. He looked at the two toilets and gave me his assessment and then he gave me the costs of the repairs/parts I needed BEFORE beginning the work. He was efficient and nice. Work is guaranteed for 2 years!!! I plan to use them again if needed.
