Alie Joseph did an excellent job fixing my toilet. He was thorough, showed me what was wrong, and even cleaned up after himself! I have already planned future jobs with him. My Papaw built this house in 1979. He always used Benjamin Franklin for his plumbing jobs. He said they were the best and they came back and proved it today. Everyone at the company was excellent. Jarred, master plumber, was a bled to gix our broken toilet valve and toilet in record time. He was available on short notice. Very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend this plumber.
I had blocked pipes that I was unable to clear. My plumber thoroughly investigated the issue and determined that I had roots growing into the pipes causing blockage. He kept me informed during his investigation, provided me with pictures and clearly explained both what repairs were needed and what my options were. He gave me three prices / options to resolve the issue and there was no “hard sell” at any time. This is a bigger repair than I had hoped for, but I believe I am being treated fairly.
