Ben Franklin responded quickly to my sewer line emergency. They were out same day; allowed me to sign up for a discount on the work through membership (even though I hadn’t done business with them before). They were very transparent with explaining the whole process. I ended up needing a patch repair for my sewer line; which they completely the next day. Super happy with Sergio and the team. Thanks for getting my drainage line back up and running quickly!

Excellent service! Cannot recommend them enough. Aaron was our technician for our bathroom remodel. He was extremely knowledgeable, polite and did a fantastic job! He really did go above and beyond expectations. He was patient while we had to troubleshoot a couple things and never made me feel rushed in the process. We are so pleased with the service, communication and all around experience. Will be using Benjamin Franklin plumbing again for all plumbing needs!

Just had a sewer backup in our home on the evening of Mother’s Day. Steven was WONDERFUL!! I cannot say enough good things about Benjamin Franklin and especially Steven. I am in the process of selling my house and needed to get some plumbing work done that resulted from the inspection. Mario was very professional, and helped to quickly diagnose the problems. We ended up replacing two bathroom faucets, and a sink. He was very patient When we ran a little short on time. would definitely book again! Updating my review to include the excellent service I have received at my new house! I needed to get a new water heater and Eddie's service and answering of my questions was impeccable. I also, unfortunately, had a sewage back up in my house. David came out and was so friendly and reassuring as we tried to identify where the problem was. A couple days later Demetrius and Isaiah came out and remedied the issue.

I had an issue with my boiler. (May 2025) My thermostat was saying the heat was on, but the radiators were ice cold. I called and left a message with Ferrell brothers on an early Sunday morning. Within half an hour Randy called me and patiently and professionally troubleshot the problem. He saved me a 200 dollar service call. This company is dedicated to their customers. Water heater of 23 years finally died! We decided to pull the plug and have a tankless-on demand unit installed. This is where Jamie comes in and he did a fantastic/professional job. Very thorough and explained it all! Very happy customer 😃

They came the same day I called even though it was nothing urgent. Just a consult on how to go about putting in a drain for my pool into the sewer line. After exchanging several ideas and given a couple quoted options, I decided on the best option and they were there a few days later. It took about 6 hours. Ethan and Sergio were very thorough and considerate of my opinion when slight adjustments had to be made. Extremely happy with the results and even happier that they will be following up with a custom removable drain pipe from the sand filter to the drain so I don’t have to use a rubber hose anymore and make winterizing easier. They went the extra mile and it’s much appreciated! Thank you!
