Had a sewer line clog up in my basement after hours. I spoke with Paige and she did an amazing job communicating everything. She was in an out in a little over an hour. Absolutely amazing service.
We would like to recognize two employees that are shining examples of this company! When we called for emergency service on Saturday, August 2, 20205, McKenzie (spelling?) was a joy to speak with! Very attentive to our problem and expressed a genuine desire to help us as soon as possible, She kept us updated on a projected service time and all along demonstrating a genuine desire to help us. She provided us a service window of 12 pm to 4 pm. Shortly before 12 pm, McKenzie let us know our service technician was enroute to our residence. A truly professional customer service representative! It was a blessing when Avery Heath arrived a little after 12 pm. We were very happy with the service provided by Avery. He was professional, efficient, technically competent, and took time to explain the service policies and the project costs. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.

No one's perfect, plus my issue was not taken care of. So I didn't give five stars. However Andrew and Benjamin Franklin did a wonderful job of checking all the various places under the kitchen sink, the plumbing. Incluing down in the crawl space. Discussed the options with me.Did not try scare tactics or forcing any issues / work to be done. Explained various options available. Very much appreciate them, good job! Alex did an excellent job of letting us know what was going on and getting it set up so that we can get things taken care of.
