Jose was great. He came completely prepared. I had a very complicated problem with the drain line for one of my toilets. It had been blocked several times, and we have had several service calls to unblock the line. Jose found a blockage vis camera. It took him several tries but he finally cleared the blockage. It was a ratchet wrench with a socket attached, stuck at the first elbow. He finished installing the toilet and cleaned up the workspace. We are thankful for both the quality, and the price.
