We had an issue with a backyard faucet that broke and was gushing water. We looked up emergency plumbers and found Ben Franklin. The phone call was answered by a human and she helped guide us through turning off the water main to the house while we were waiting for the plumber to arrive. In about an hour to 90 minutes Joe arrived, identified the problem, gave us an estimate and commenced to fixing it.
