Called on a Sunday afternoon & someone was out right away. He detected the leak in a hose feeding the RO system which was outside in the garage. He fixed it immediately & the Service Call fee was very reasonable. I can't thank them enough!!!! Thank you Dustin Urbanc!!!!!

So we had another unexpected need for plumbing services on 8/8/25. Based on the outstanding service received on a plumbing issue at our house a week earlier, we turned to Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and Avery Heath. Avery is one-of-a- kind! He arrived on time, listened to our plumbing issue and set about researching and working to resolve our issue. Tirelessly for multiple hours he stayed focused and resolute to resolve our issue. We're pleased to report that Avery was successful in resolving the issue. His professional demeanor and "can do" commitment to excellence is a wonderful trait! We'll look to him and Ben Franklin plumbing for our next plumbing project. We would like to recognize two employees that are shining examples of this company! When we called for emergency service on Saturday, August 2, 20205, McKenzie (spelling?) was a joy to speak with! Very attentive to our problem and expressed a genuine desire to help us as soon as possible, She kept us updated on a projected service time and all along demonstrating a genuine desire to help us. She provided us a service window of 12 pm to 4 pm. Shortly before 12 pm, McKenzie let us know our service technician was enroute to our residence. A truly professional customer service representative! It was a blessing when Avery Heath arrived a little after 12 pm. We were very happy with the service provided by Avery. He was professional, efficient, technically competent, and took time to explain the service policies and the project costs. We will not hesitate to call Benjamin Franklin Plumbing again whenever we might have a problem.
This company was so easy to deal with. The lady who took my call and booked the appointment to our service tech they were professional and so easy to deal with. Great customer service all the way around and to have a fair price with that service is awesome as well. I highly recommend them.

Mr. D showed up with a smile when we were stressed over a leak and he quickly helped ease our stress. He was extremely thorough and walked us through his entire plan to fix our leak from beginning to end. He allowed us to ask ALL of our questions with a patient demeanor. Mr. D spoke very highly of his company and it was clear he enjoys his position with them. He covered all of the extra services they offer and allowed us to take on only the ones we preferred with zero pressure. Service technician was very helpful. He knew what he was doing and answered all my questions. He was very knowledgeable regarding my garbage disposal. He worked quite quickly. He cleaned up after finishing his work. All in all, an above average worker.
