Great job from Leo. Thank you.

Called for an estimate and they had a tech out to my house within 20 minutes on a Friday afternoon. Michael looked at the hot water heater (why I called) and did a free home inspection while he was there. He was quick and explained everything and answered my questions. They scheduled me for Monday, and Michael came back out to replace my hot water heater and fix my bathtub handles and faucets that were leaking. Whoever had done my repairs before hadn’t used the correct parts, making the work a little more difficult than expected, but Michael got the correct parts needed and got the job done! The pricing was reasonable, much less than other places I had gotten quotes from (one wanted $1000 more!), and the estimate was free which is harder to find nowadays! Several other places wanted to charge $50-$75 just to come look at it. I’m glad I found Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I will definitely use them again should I need anything else and I recommend you use them as well! Michael was phenomenal and took the time to answer my questions and explain everything in a way that made sense!

Our garage started flooding at 4am as I was taking my wife to the airport. Turned off the water, drove her there, then came home and called Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they said they’d be here today ASAP. They had someone on their way here by 10am the same morning, and by noon I had running water again. My technician, Matt, was my hero today. Nothing surprised him, he knew exactly where to look and what to do, and even unclogged the drain just because water was draining slowly. He was patient, informative, and clearly knew his stuff. That made me feel immediately confident, and he got it all done promptly and answered every question. Someone please give that guy a raise. Great service, great turnaround time, and a terrible Saturday that they turned into a grateful Saturday.

I can’t say enough great things about my experience with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing, especially Seth Yazdzik. I needed a sump pump discharge PVC repair, and it had to be handled late in the day, which can be stressful but their team was incredibly accommodating from start to finish. Seth was truly amazing. He showed up with a positive attitude, took the time to explain the issue clearly, and fixed everything efficiently and professionally. Beyond his technical skill, his kindness, patience, and genuine care really stood out. It’s rare to find someone who not only does excellent work but also makes you feel at ease while doing it. I’m more than grateful for Seth’s professionalism and dedication, and I appreciate Benjamin Franklin Plumbing for having such outstanding people on their team. If you’re looking for reliable service and someone you can trust, ask for Seth… you’ll be glad you did!

Dj was amazing. We have had frozen pipes in many units and he located problems and solved issues. I love when someone takes the time to explain things and is not dismissive. Thank you again

Jimmie was excellent, super friendly, and competent. He worked efficiently and you can tell he knows his stuff. He didn't clear the clog the first try but returned the next day and it seems to be cleared now. He did recommend getting the water blasting done which would probably help long term. My only complaint with this company is the price. It's very high. To snake the drain, toilet replacement and to fix a p trap under the kitchen sink it was $2k. That seems a bit excessive especially when the toilet they got was the cheapest $99 toilet Home Depot sells. Great service, high prices.

Tyler from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was outstanding. He was very nice, professional, and straightforward, and got right to work. He identified issues we had only suspected were problems and explained exactly what to expect up front, which really helped put us at ease. He’s fixing everything the right way so we won’t be dealing with this again. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was respectful of our home and our needs throughout the entire process. I would more than highly recommend him.
Watch for unexpectedly high water bills, the sound of running water when all fixtures are off, damp spots on walls or ceilings, or a musty odor. These are all common signs that you may have a leak hidden somewhere in your home.
First, shut off the main water valve to your house to stop the flow of water. The valve is usually located where the main water line enters your home, often in a basement, crawl space, or utility closet. Then, call us immediately for emergency service.
We recommend professional drain cleaning every 1 to 2 years as a preventative measure. If you notice your drains are slowing down or you experience frequent clogs, you may need service sooner.
Absolutely. We evaluate your household size, usage patterns, available space, and energy preferences to recommend the most suitable water heater option. Our team explains the differences between tank and tankless systems, various fuel types, and efficiency ratings so you can make an informed decision that meets your needs and budget.
If the faucet is constantly leaking, is more than 10 years old, or requires frequent repairs, replacement is often the more economical choice. A new faucet also offers a chance to update the style of your room.
Hydro jetting is a powerful drain cleaning method that uses high-pressure water to blast through tough clogs and scour the inside of your pipes. It is very effective at removing grease, scale, and even tree roots.
Low water pressure can be caused by several factors, including clogged pipes, hidden water leaks, a partially closed water meter valve, or issues with the municipal water supply. Our team can diagnose the cause and find the right solution.
A conventional tank-style water heater typically lasts between 8 and 12 years. Tankless water heaters can last for 20 years or longer with proper maintenance.
