Daniel did a good job unplugging my toilet He was very patient with us explaining about our toilet. We decided to replace the toilet because the seal was torn. .However, when Daniel left I went into to clean up and found the cover on the floor should have been replaced. The charge was over $600.00. The final detail concerns me.
Lonnie Moody, the service technician was wonderful. He spent a great deal of time replacing outdated equipment and making sure that everything he replaced was working correctly and properly. I can’t even begin to express how grateful I am to him and for all the time he spent making sure that he had indeed taken care of every issue. I highly recommend him.

We had a plugged drain in our basement shower that needed immediate attention. Company was easy to contact and offered to send someone within an hour. Brian was the plumber that came and was very efficient in taking care of the problem. I would definitely use them again
Kyle was our guy! He was on time and very kind. He looked at what we needed done, truly thought about our problem and how to solve it, and gave us his honest opinion on how to accomplish it. He gave us a quote and we asked what his availability was to schedule him and he said I can do it now. We agreed on the scope of work and pricing and he was done in 30-45 mins! It works perfectly! Our issue: we needed our copper piping for our tub spout to be replaced with a new faucet with a diverter attached. He added the new copper piping and attached the faucet we already had purchased on hand. I would highly recommend and should I need anything in the future, I will be calling them again!

Brent and Chris M. deserve 5 STARS also for the GREAT work they did on fixing the dripping faucet in my bathroom and installing a brand new faucet system that is up to code and so much better than it was before. They took the time to answer all the questions I had and showed me how to use the new equipment when installed. They were able to complete the work quickly without having to be to abrasive ( had to pull the frame from the panel to the water cabinet of the shut off valve, but the nailed them back in place). Very professional and courteous. Thanks again for all you did . You bot deserve a bonus. Will recommend Benjamin Franklin to anyone needing plumbing services.

He takes pride in his work and explains in detail what he will be doing. When a project was completed, he would explained what he had to do to complete the task.
