I called as I had an emergency leak in my bathroom. Water was leaking at a rapid rate and covering the bathroom floor. I was unable to cut off the water outside as the cutoff valve was too difficult for me to turn. I spoke with Sarah who was kind, compassionate and efficient. Anthony and another plumber came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem pronto. They also drained my hot water heater for me. They were polite, clean and efficient. They left no mess and were able to get the water cutoff working. It had calcified. They will be my plumbers for life!
Rick did a great job replacing all the old leaky pipes under my kitchen sink. He was very efficient and knowledgeable with a ton of background experience. He patiently explained the work to be done, and explained everything he did as he was working. So happy with the quality of the work and the level of customer service. Great service by Gage. He explained what needed doing for the garbage disposal and got the job done. Price was okay. He even attempted to fix an issue with the shower tub leaking but I declined the estimate for now but will call back in the future for a fix on it. The scheduling is quick and easy with them. We found our hot water tank to be leaking and no hot water and we needed a replacement ASAP. Looked into a few companies in Medina and Benjamin Franklin seemed to have the best reviews and customer experience, so we gave them a call at noon on a Saturday. They were able to send out a tech, Mike P, same day and he came to our house at 5 pm. Explained Mike the situation of the tank and additionally a few other plumbing issues that we were experiencing. Mike was able to replace the hot water tank and haul out the old one in 3 hours, on the same evening! Would definitely recommend Mike P and Benjamin Franklin when you are in dire straits with a plumbing situation. Mike P also gave us some recommendations of other issues we have and general tips to keep our plumbing system and water tank cleaner and longer lasting. We will be reaching to BF and Mike for any future plumbing needs!!
