I was unable to cut off the water outside as the cutoff valve was too difficult for me to turn. I spoke with Sarah who was kind, compassionate and efficient. Anthony and another plumber came within 30 minutes and fixed the problem pronto. They also drained my hot water heater for me. They were polite, clean and efficient. They left no mess and were able to get the water cutoff working. It had calcified. They will be my plumbers for life!

We found our hot water tank to be leaking and no hot water and we needed a replacement ASAP. Looked into a few companies in Medina and Benjamin Franklin seemed to have the best reviews and customer experience, so we gave them a call at noon on a Saturday. They were able to send out a tech, Mike P, same day and he came to our house at 5 pm. Explained Mike the situation of the tank and additionally a few other plumbing issues that we were experiencing. Mike was able to replace the hot water tank and haul out the old one in 3 hours, on the same evening! Would definitely recommend Mike P and Benjamin Franklin when you are in dire straits with a plumbing situation. Mike P also gave us some recommendations of other issues we have and general tips to keep our plumbing system and water tank cleaner and longer lasting. We will be reaching to BF and Mike for any future plumbing needs!!
