Not the first time I used Ben Franklin. This time I had them replace gas pipe and a trap under a bathroom sink. Noel was extremely professional, thorough and fast. He made sure I understood what was being done to fix my issues and that I had no questions. I would not hesitate to use them again.

David was a true life saver!!! Our well pump wiring was a goner and he replaced the pressure switch in our basement. He came out promptly, he diagnosed the issue and let us know pricing upfront. David is very knowledgeable and thorough with his job, he made sure things are up and running before we sign off on a job well done. Added bonus he has a great personality.
We had a leak in our basement that Matthew came to assess, we needed a new water heater and water softener. They replaced both in a day! 10/10 recommend! Everyone especially Matthew was so friendly and easy to work with!

Update: They did come out and identify the issue. The men took their time to find it and listened to us. We appreciate it very much. The tech that came out was nice but he did make the problem worse. I did ask him to snake the line from a particular entry point but he said it would be easier with the same outcome at a different location. I disagree. Sometimes easy isn't best and wished he had listened to me. I would like them to come snake it from the entry I originally suggested at no charge. We did pay quite a bit for the issue to now be worse. He did give me very costly estimates. I'll have to get someone else out here I guess.
Great experience. I received a phone call to schedule an appointment with minutes of filling out a request for plumbing service online. Less than two hours later, I had two people at my door to check things out. They took care of the original issue and some others that came up in the process. They explained everything they were doing and the cost for each service as they went along so there were no surprises at the end. They also offered great advice on work to be considered in the future and also some helpful tips to prevent more issues. I would definitely recommend them to others.
This company never disappoints!! I've used them several times. Every technician has been great. They always have a solution, and a few backup ideas when needed. They go out of their way to help and on more than one occasion have not charged us when the fix was easy. Today was no different! Alex arrived a few minutes early and had things diagnosed, his ideas proposed, and the whole job was done in 20 min. I also learned a few things about plumbing which I always appreciate. I'd use these guys for every home repair if I could!
