Best drain cleaning in Roseville. We had a slow drains in our kitchen and bathroom, so we booked drain cleaning in Roseville. The plumber used a camera to show what was blocking the pipe and cleaned it completely. I appreciate how transparent and professional they were. Definitely my go-to plumber in Roseville from now on.

Cody was awesome and knew what to do. He was very clear about everything and very knowledgeable plus very pleasant to talk to. Because of Cody I'm going to set up an account with Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I am the chair person and responsible for 80 condominium in Southbrook court condominiums in Hudsonville Michigan. Cody should be my contact person. I loved working with him. Joe Schmidt .

We had an issue with a backyard faucet that broke and was gushing water. We looked up emergency plumbers and found Ben Franklin. The phone call was answered by a human and she helped guide us through turning off the water main to the house while we were waiting for the plumber to arrive. In about an hour to 90 minutes Joe arrived, identified the problem, gave us an estimate and commenced to fixing it. Joe was respectful of our home (taking off his sneakers, it was raining out), he explained what he was going to do and then did the work. We are very appreciative of Joe's expertise and great work! Also appreciative of him working efficiently and in a timely fashion. Thanks so much, Joe!

Michael England from Benjamin Frankly provided me with excellent service. Plus when ever I had a question he would use it as teaching moment to explain the pros and cons of different plumbing methods. Michael also placed all needed information onto the work he completed, if I ever find the need to call on a plumber again. The next plumber will know the history of the work that has been done. Michael also worked with my schedule and so I did not have to work my schedule around his.

I called to have my water heater inspected at noon and James was at my front door at 2pm. He gave me a thorough explanation of the problems that needed to be fixed and multiple options to choose from to fit my budget. Lewis arrived early the next morning to remove my old water heater and install the new one. He also installed a Flow Tech in the laundry room and replaced a broken hose bib on the exterior of the house. All the work performed was done to code and very professional. I highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing of Temple for all your plumbing needs.

Israel Romero was a very professional technician ! I enjoyed his company while he replaced a 40 yr old outdoor faucet and a new valve inside our laundry room which was causing the outdoor faucet to leak! He did however have to cut into our wall in order to remove the outdoor faucet! He was able to cover the wall with the access panel for the meantime! I would definitely recommend Benjamin Franklin plumbing for your plumbing needs!

Estimate went well tech was very polite and knew what he was talking about especially the pipeline size and how to run line he explained it very well. We have five units running off single line he said that we needed a tee off gas meter and bigger pipe to handle 34,000 but we need a separate line.

Joel K was knowledgeable, easy going and professional during installation of our tankless water heater. When he walked in the door he gave an estimated time frame and at the end was within 10 minutes. Took the time to explain each step and to answer my questions. Would recommend him as a reliable, trustworthy plumber.
To keep your water heater running smoothly in Charlotte, it’s a good idea to flush the tank once a year to clear out sediment, especially if your area has hard water. Check the pressure relief valve, inspect for rust or leaks, and make sure the thermostat is set to a safe temperature (usually around 120°F). Regular maintenance helps extend the life of your unit and keeps your hot water flowing efficiently. For peace of mind, consider scheduling a professional inspection with a local plumber.
If your water pressure suddenly drops or only affects certain fixtures in your Charlotte home, it could be a sign of a clogged pipe, leak, or a problem with your water supply. Try cleaning faucet aerators first, but if the issue persists, it’s best to call a licensed plumber in Charlotte to diagnose and fix the problem before it gets worse.
We are available 24/7 to take your call for emergencies. Our appointment hours are listed above.
