The work required digging, new copper pipe and value installations. When the work was completed, the pipes were also wrapped with insulation and the ground looked like no one had been there. They are professional, friendly and very respectful to us and our property. We now have BFP doing our semi-annual flushing of our tankless water heater and will call them any time we need plumbing services. Great Team and highly recommended.

Mixit valve was leaking 30-40 drips per minute and needed replaced, was probably original with the house built in 1983. We had to have our sewer line repaired and lined. Our technician, Daniel Speicher, went above and beyond to make the process as painless as possible. Instead of just telling us that our line needed to be replaced, he took video and petitioned the city to allow us to line it. Leading up to the repairs he stayed in constant communication so we had no questions. He kept this same communication style during the service, and even after. There was residual damage in the alley by our gate and against our fence. He took it upon himself to work with the construction manager and coordinate repairs. While having our sewer repaired wasn't a fun process, Danny definitely made it a lot easier for us. I can't speak highly enough about him, and was happy that we worked with him!
