When we called for emergency service on Saturday, August 2, 20205, McKenzie (spelling?) was a joy to speak with! Very attentive to our problem and expressed a genuine desire to help us as soon as possible, She kept us updated on a projected service time and all along demonstrating a genuine desire to help us. She provided us a service window of 12 pm to 4 pm. Shortly before 12 pm, McKenzie let us know our service technician was enroute to our residence. A truly professional customer service representative! It was a blessing when Avery Heath arrived a little after 12 pm. We were very happy with the service provided by Avery. He was professional, efficient, technically competent, and took time to explain the service policies and the project costs. Frank Jones was an amazing plumber. He came to my residence at the scheduled time and put in my Flo by Moen automatic shut off and water detection leak valve. He explained everything to me carefully. He was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring, professional, and was patient with my many questions. He even helped me with setting up the WiFI. Top shelf rating. Could not be many happier!

He made sure everything was working perfectly, and it is very apparent how much he cares about the quality of the work.
